Internship Training / Workshops

INTERNSHIP TRAINING during Christmas/Summer Vacation in an Industry is mandatory in the academic curriculum of Degree courses. Keeping this in mind, FLORANIX, offers four Modules of one week each, in its comprehensive Internship Training Program in Electronics to BSc., MSc., BES., & BE students. This Lab-oriented program concentrates on electronic skill development with relevant theory backup through lectures/ instructions; Guidance offered by experienced supervisions.

Module 1 :- Industrial Training

Aimed at providing an experience in handling various electronic spares such as terminals, Toggle type SPDT/DPDT/MICRO switches, LED holders, LEDs, 7seg LEDs and assembling them & soldering them on the panel. Giving individual practice on assembling the electronic components such as IC Bases, Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, Transistors, Electronic Relays, Buzzers on the PCB & try Soldering, Testing & trouble-shooting the circuit boards. Duration : ONE WEEK. Compulsory for all.

Module 2 :- Study of Digital Electronics & Microprocessor 8085

Study of Transducers, Digital principles- working circuits. 8085 Microprocessor- architecture, addressing modes, instructions for programming. Hands on experience in writing ALPs & testing with 8085 up kits. I/O Operations, 8255i/o study and interfacing- Traffic Lights control design & testing. 8051 Microcontroller- architecture, memory organization, simple programs. Hands on experience in writing ALPs & testing with 8051 uc kits. Study of Interfaces like ADC,DAC, Stepper Motor etc. Duration : ONE WEEK .

Module 3 :- Learning Electronics through MINI PROJECTS

Analyzing the mini projects – about five in number -an over view. Getting exposed to different types of Transducers used for different requirements. Studying different ways of triggering manually or automatically. Learning the working of Relay switches in actual applications. Testing the functions of different blocks in one of the project selected wired on Bread board. Guidance is given for preparing the mini project report & the ppt for project presentation. Duration : ONE WEEK .

Module 4 :- Learning Arduino- an Embedded µC using AtMega 328 through MINI PROJECTS

Analyzing the mini projects – about five in number -an over view. Getting exposed to different types of Transducers/sensors and actuators used for different requirements. Learning the hardware specifications available with AtMega 328 & Studying embedded C programming for one of the project selected & wired on Bread board. Testing the software flashed to the memory by checking the functioning of the project. Guidance will be given for preparing the mini project report & the ppt for project presentation. Duration : ONE WEEK
