As the academic community was trying to grapple with the then emerging science, Electronics, FLORANIX was launched in 1986, with the visionary aim to enable easy assimilation of the subject. The journey began with the prominent academician, Dr. G. Kumar Sathian who designed trainer kits with his expertise and ventured into manufacturing them at Floranix. The Trainers are compact & wholesome in design and have played a key role in bridging theory and practical; they later came to be hailed as ‘portable Mini Electronics Labs’.
With an eye for incorporating the advancements in technology and processor standards, the company progressed to developing Microprocessor Kits a decade later. The minimalistic design and layout of 8085 Microprocessors and interfaces were enthusiastically welcomed by the teaching community, which spurred us on to come up with the next technologically acclaimed 8086 Microprocessor Trainer Kit. Next up-gradation came in the development of 8051 MicrocontrollerTrainer Board and recently the launch of Floduino Kits based on AtMega 328 Embedded systems Being student centric, the several Workshops, Motivational lectures, Internship training, Project guidance etc. at various centers for staff and students enabled us to cater to most Arts and Science colleges in Tamilnadu.
FLORANIX has made wide contributions through:
